The call of the 2021 Federal Election for September 20 means it is time for action.

The ACER-CART SENIORS’ ISSUES FOR THE 2021 FEDERAL ELECTION booklet has been compiled with relevant issues for seniors. You are all encouraged to share the PDF copy with friends, neighbours, and like-minded Associations because the issues we address apply to all seniors.

If you are sharing it electronically, use the link to ACER-CART’s webpage https://acer-cart.org/ The first red button near the top 2021 Federal Election takes you to the booklet. The second red button, labelled Questions for Candidates takes you to a printable, one-page list of the questions.

Print the Questions for Candidates page and keep it handy to use when a candidate phones or knocks at your door. A printed copy will expedite the experience; you can easily refer to the sheet and ask an appropriate question or two to help you decide on the best candidate.

Coming soon! We are also re-purposing our “Email your MP” campaign. The letter is being rewritten for election purposes and will now go to all candidates. That letter will also include a link to our SENIORS’ ISSUES FOR THE 2021 FEDERAL ELECTION booklet. Nominations for federal candidates close on August 31 so watch for this early in September.
